Can VR help with PTSD?

The answer seems to be yes. Here’s a video of a news special with Skip Rizzo, one of the first scientists to help army veterans use VR in their PTSD therapy. A recent study by the University of Cardiff recently demonstrated that online therapy via Zoom is just as effective as in person cognitive behavioural therapy for helping people manage their PTSD, so there’s every reason to believe that VR has the potential to take it one step further. In light of this great potential, we ourselves are planning to launch Brain Man VR Therapy Rooms in 2023 to supplement our core Team Building services. Watch this space…
